What you will do

• Own end-to-end experience strategy for the platform's highest-priority cross-domain journeys.
• Lead discovery in ambiguous problem spaces to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
• Design AI-assisted workflows, including human-in-the-loop experiences and explainability patterns.
• Map and simplify complex user journeys across a multifaceted B2B platform.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the growth and maturity of the design function.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to advocate for exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product design within complex B2B, enterprise, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-assisted or agentic workflows.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset to design cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Experience leading discovery and shaping solutions in ambiguous spaces.
• Experience coaching and mentoring designers to elevate team quality.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support a hybrid work model.
