hirify.global is developing Mira, a personal AI agent integrated into Telegram to help users coordinate plans and create content.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of the Telegram Mini App as the core product surface.
• Design the AI Content Studio and use-case flows for image, video, and written content creation.
• Translate complex AI mechanics such as memory and personalization into intuitive interactions.
• Develop landing pages and the visual narrative surrounding the product.
• Refine chat mechanics, including how the agent responds, asks, and acts.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and overall product quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on consumer products.
• Proven experience shipping meaningful features in mobile or messaging-based products.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to analyze logic, metrics, and edge states.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and move quickly from design to release.
• Clear communication and a history of cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and high-quality execution.

Nice to have

• Background in AI, agent products, or conversational interfaces.
• Experience designing for Telegram Mini Apps and understanding messaging-surface constraints.
• Knowledge of how to integrate trust and privacy into the UX.
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.
