What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
• Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, and competitor pricing to optimize commercial performance.
• Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pricing recommendations for coworking and M&E products.
• Analyze customer behavior and utilization data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with commercial initiatives.
• Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders across multiple departments.

Nice to have

• Experience in coworking, flexible workspaces, hospitality, or real estate.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or other BI tools.
• Dutch language proficiency.
• Experience with booking or workspace management systems.
