What you will do
- Develop and execute pricing strategies for coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, and competitor pricing to optimize commercial performance.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pricing recommendations for coworking and M&E products.
- Analyze customer behavior and utilization data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with commercial initiatives.
- Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Nice to have
- Experience in coworking, flexible workspaces, hospitality, or real estate.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or other BI tools.
- Dutch language proficiency.
- Experience with booking or workspace management systems.
