What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for non-ticket revenue streams and optimize the fee portfolio.
• Monitor daily performance against KPIs, including RASK and unit revenue, to meet budget targets.
• Analyze business and customer trends through forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Implement tactical pricing actions and drive continuous revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Ticket Revenue Optimization, and Data Science teams to improve pricing models and reporting.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and prepare business cases for senior management decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in pricing, strategy, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, or another analytical field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
