Head of Design (Web3)

hirify.global is a high-tech blockchain company specializing in smartcard-based hardware wallets and mobile applications for digital asset security.

What you will do

• Define and execute the overall design strategy across Product, Brand, Marketing, and Communications.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI, Product, Graphic, Motion, and Brand designers.
• Build scalable design processes, workflows, and quality standards across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure consistency of the hirify.global brand and user experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Introduce and scale AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency and creative output.
• Define design KPIs, planning, hiring, and performance management for the design organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional design experience, including several years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing designers across UX/UI, graphic, brand, and motion design.
• Strong understanding of both digital and physical design production (print, packaging, exhibition materials).
• Proven ability to build and optimize design operations, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills for collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hardware products or consumer electronics.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing distributed or international design teams.
• Understanding of video production, 3D, illustration, or creative technologies.
