Senior Product Designer (Web3)

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in New York City, NY (in-person twice a week)

Salary: $129,500 – $185,000

What you will do

• Shape and influence product and design strategy.
• Translate business requirements and user research into elegant design solutions for complex product problems.
• Own the full user journey from concept and prototyping to user testing and final production.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement the product roadmap.
• Create user-friendly web and mobile experiences for both retail and institutional clients.
• Contribute new patterns to the design system to push the quality of the design forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Expertise in product strategy and the ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design (research, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI).
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Must be based in New York City to support the required hybrid office attendance.
