What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to General Counsel and CLOs on AI adoption, governance, and legal transformation.
• Represent the company as a global thought leader through executive briefings, industry events, and analyst engagements.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global Legal Advisory team with a culture of AI-first thinking.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Advisory teams to support strategic opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to integrate customer insights into product strategy.
• Establish scalable advisory methodologies, engagement frameworks, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• 15+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise software, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), governance, and risk management.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing global advisory programs and functions.
• Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills for engaging Board-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of value realization, ROI development, and digital transformation within legal organizations.
