What you will do

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and vendor lifecycle processes.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on global vendor agreements, including SaaS, cloud services, and strategic outsourcing.
• Utilize data-driven metrics and AI-powered tools to optimize contract cycle times and review processes.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and approval workflows to support global business growth.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Security, and IT teams to streamline vendor onboarding.
• Manage outside counsel and absorb routine work in-house to control legal spend.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5-7+ years of experience in procurement counseling and vendor management within high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act, including negotiating DPAs and AI governance terms.
• Deep expertise in process mapping and workflow automation (specifically CLM, ERP, and spend management platforms).
• Strong command of standard commercial terms: IP, indemnification, liability, and SLA provisions.
