Location: 100% remote; based in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange user-submitted model train lots to create attractive, relevant auctions.
• Build compelling weekly lot selections using specialist expertise and a professional network.
• Review titles, descriptions, and images; assess quality and provide accurate estimated values.
• Ensure transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation and communicate rejections diplomatically.
• Collaborate with Sales to attract sellers and diversify lot quality, and with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and auction visibility.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of model trains.
• Strong commercial acumen and documented commercial experience.
• Experience identifying trade and value within the collectibles market.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle user disputes diplomatically.
• A network of potential sellers and experts in the field.
• Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
