• Create compelling weekly lot selections leveraging subject matter expertise and professional networks.
• Review titles, descriptions, and images to provide accurate estimated valuations.
• Ensure transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation of lots.
• Communicate lot rejections professionally and diplomatically to maintain strong seller relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to attract new sellers and increase bidder engagement.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Model Trains.
• Documented commercial experience and strong commercial acumen in the collectibles market.
• Ability to identify trade value and rarity within the field.
• Excellent communication skills for managing user disputes diplomatically.
• An established network of potential sellers and experts.
