Operations Manager (Mobility)

Location: Paris, France; office-based four days per week in the 9th arrondissement

What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational execution, including chauffeur supply growth, retention, and service quality.
• Adapt global strategy and standards into an effective local operating model for the French market.
• Use data to identify operational risks and opportunities and design measurable improvement initiatives.
• Build and lead the Paris operations team, including team culture, performance, and engagement.
• Partner with product teams to shape features and improve operational tooling.
• Support expansion into new areas, launch operations from scratch, and manage relationships with chauffeurs and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience building, growing, or scaling a meaningful initiative in a low-structure environment.
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution skills with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology company, scale-up, startup, management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a founding team.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Must be based in Paris and able to work in the office four days per week.
• Ability to ensure compliance with French regulations and VTC licensing requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketplace, on-demand, mobility, or location-based platform business.
• Experience building teams or operating models from scratch or during rapid expansion.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, operations, analytics, or strategy.
