Climate Strategy & ESG Internship

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with typically 2 remote days per week

What you will do

• Support the annual carbon footprint update by collecting, cleaning, and consolidating operational data across logistics, procurement, technology, and other teams.
• Update and refine the avoided emissions model and related data.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data for ESG reporting and investor requests, and support audits of key Impact KPIs.
• Research climate initiatives, carbon accounting standards, circularity, AI impact, and carbon credits.
• Contribute to climate strategy rollout, impact reporting, charity engagement, consumer studies, presentations, interviews, and events.
• Monitor sustainability news, legislation, and developments in the fashion, technology, and logistics industries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or university and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, climate change, carbon footprints, and circular economy concepts.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior exposure to or initial experience with GHG accounting methodologies.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactive working style, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent French and English required. Proficiency with GSuite or Pack Office is expected; SQL basics or data visualization tools are a plus.

• Basic SQL knowledge or experience with data visualization tools.
