Elsevier Netherlands Graduate Program 2027

Location: Amsterdam; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the Amsterdam offices. Applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands for the full 24-month program and any subsequent permanent role.

Salary: €49,000–€81,700 per year.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotational assignments across publishing and operations, product, data and digital innovation, and commercial and customer insight.
• Lead process simplification projects, support operational change, and improve governance and service delivery.
• Support AI-enabled workflow projects, map user journeys and friction points, and evaluate adoption and performance with data.
• Analyse customer needs and market trends, support product or sales enablement, and build growth opportunity recommendations.
• Work with diverse cross-functional teams and contribute to operational excellence, digital innovation, and business growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in any discipline, completed or due to be completed before January 2027.
• No more than two years of post-graduate work experience.
• Right to work in the Netherlands for the full 24-month program and in a permanent role afterwards; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Fluent business English, spoken and written.
• Available to start in Q1 2027.
• Curiosity about science, research, or how knowledge advances human progress; a science degree is not required.
