What you will do

  • Partner with Aftermarket leadership to implement HR workflows that support operational goals and labor utilization.
  • Streamline daily HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and performance tracking, using TPI and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Manage and optimize Dayforce HRIS to maintain data integrity for scorecard metrics and Monthly Operations Reviews.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as field service technicians and engineers to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations and workplace investigations while ensuring compliance with OFCCP, ITAR, and DCAA regulations.
  • Develop partnerships with local trade schools, colleges, and universities to establish a sustainable pipeline for technical talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing, service centers, or defense contracting.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • Proficiency in Dayforce or similar enterprise-grade HRIS platforms.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% between service centers.

Nice to have

  • SPHR/SHRM-SCP certifications.
  • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
