Amplify is a fast-growing SaaS company providing cloud communications solutions for healthcare and enterprise customers across the US. They are looking for a People & Operations Manager to combine People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations in a remote-first, AI-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:
— Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
— Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment pipelines
— Manage employee records, HR documentation, and onboarding processes
— Track hiring, onboarding, and performance metrics while identifying operational gaps
— Improve workflows through AI tools and automation across HR and business operations
— Coordinate with managers globally to ensure accountability and timely execution
— Support policy implementation, compliance, and day-to-day People Operations

What they’re looking for:
— 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR leadership in a startup or remote-first company
— Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
— Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
— Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
— Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation for improving operational efficiency
— High emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management skills
