What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) processes in Retail Bankhirify.global.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, scalable standards and controls.
• Manage financial-crime risks for retail customers across high-volume journeys.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, IT, and Global stakeholders to implement robust FCP controls.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, control weaknesses, and risk exposures to define target operathirify.global models.
• Ensure alignment between local implementation and global FCP frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Financial Crime Prevention frameworks, specifically within Retail Bankhirify.global or high-volume environments.
• Deep knowledge of KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitorhirify.global, and Screenhirify.global processes.
• Expertise in AML/CTF regulations and supervisory expectations, particularly in a Spanish and/or European context.
• Ability to translate policy requirements into efficient operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for multidisciplinary environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid.
