What you will do

• Extract insights from data lake and transactional datasets to identify growth opportunities and business transformation projects.
• Translate complex and raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and commercial teams.
• Develop robust business cases, forecasts, and commercial models to support new initiatives.
• Identify revenue opportunities and performance gaps across locations, categories, and suppliers.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting to monitor performance.
• Partner closely with Advertising Solutions, Sales, Product, and Campaign Management teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial analytics, business controlling, commercial strategy, or consulting.
• Proven ability to work with large-scale data environments, including data lakes and transactional datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and draw conclusions from complex data.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to clearly link analytics to tangible business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with solid experience in data modelling and insight storytelling.
• Proficient in English.

• Experience in retail, travel, media, marketing, or other multi-market environments.
