What you will do

• Translate strategic plans from high-level roadmaps into ambitious financial plans.
• Set annual budgets for Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, and other investment-requiring departments to maximize long-term ROI.
• Monitor financial performance across departments and budgets, producing analysis by country, user segment, and campaign.
• Define financial and growth metrics as KPIs to drive incentives and performance.
• Use and create AI-driven tools to automate and improve financial performance monitoring.
• Work on high-impact initiatives directly with the CFO.

Requirements

• 2+ years in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modeling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and produce high-quality reports and frameworks.
• Location: must be based in Spain (remote)

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking.
• CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certifications.
