What you will do

• Maintain and optimize global databases to ensure data is clean, reliable, and structured for factual decision-making.
• Design and support complex workflows and segmentations to ensure high-impact global actions execute flawlessly.
• Analyze performance across various channels to provide actionable insights that drive global strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead and information handling, proposing and implementing efficiency-boosting automations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless information flow across the Revenue ecosystem.
• Develop internal tools and logic required to support 10x scalability and international expansion.

Requirements

• Availability to work on-site at the Sant Cugat (Barcelona) offices is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Technology, or any STEM-related field.
• Strong interest in process optimization, data analytics, and CRM governance.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to think critically about metrics and data quality.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude.
