What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide FX risk management and hedging strategies across all business units.
• Manage global liquidity structures and optimize cash positions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for global banking partners and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Lead trade and project financing activities, including the issuance of LC, SBLC, and bank guarantees.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and its integration with ERP.
• Maintain treasury governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop standard operating manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
• 10+ years of treasury experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience executing FX hedging strategies across global operations.
• Proven experience leading TMS implementation and optimization projects.
• Demonstrated ownership of strategic banking relationships and facility negotiations.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing global liquidity structures such as cash pooling or in-house banking.
• Prior people management experience leading a small treasury team.
