What you will do

• Identify, vet, and onboard denim vendors to secure the best quality, cost, and scalability.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking (WBR/MBR) and vendor onboarding trainings.
• Optimize pricing and costs in collaboration with merchants, procurement, and vendor partners.
• Increase replenishment speed through material staging, capacity management, and sales data analysis.
• Ensure all factories meet legal, ethical, and sustainability standards, including fair labor practices.
• Develop risk management and counter-sourcing strategies to establish backup vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically in denim categories.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution and process improvement.
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to act as a self-starter and independent learner in a fast-paced environment.
