What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel, including creating and releasing purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with garment manufacturers and suppliers to track production and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and quality specifications with vendors to ensure materials meet requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for printers to resolve production issues and delays.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and trackers using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• 1.5+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, or vendor management.
• 1.5+ years of experience in order processing and operational workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers in fast-paced environments.
