What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and OEM suppliers for new product transfer and development projects.
• Manage project goals regarding timing, cost, scope, and quality across the entire project cycle.
• Lead the project team to support and execute production ramp-up.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management to support factory operations.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of prior New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
• Solid knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (must be used as working language).
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Prior working experience as a Development Engineer or Product Engineer within an Engineering department.
