Salary: PLN 12,000 - 14,600 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-volume pipelines.
• Target and acquire customers within defined verticals to drive B2B SaaS adoption.
• Use a consultative, solution-based approach to communicate the value proposition.
• Solve complex customer challenges regarding international employment compliance and statutory risk management.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to fuel product development.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• 1+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills via phone and video.
• Strong commercial instincts and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Romania, Spain, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR tech or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience selling cross-border HR compliance and global payroll management solutions.
• Familiarity with global hiring models and managing remote international teams.
