What you will do

• Manage and create email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Support product review management through YotPo.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Perform operational tasks using the Magento e-commerce platform.
• Handle general administrative and virtual assistant duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or digital support role.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Hong Kong Time).
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, YotPo, and Magento.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
