Product Sales Executive (HR SaaS): Driving growth for the Revolut People HCM platform by identifying and closing opportunities within the existing customer base with an accent on solution-based selling and stakeholder mapping. Focus on managing the full end-to-end sales cycle, exceeding KPIs, and integrating customer feedback into product development.

Location: Remote in Ireland, Poland, Spain, or the UK, or hybrid in Dublin or London

Salary: PLN 12,000 - 14,600 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

  • Build and close a customer pipeline within Revolut's existing customer base.
  • Perform stakeholder mapping, prospecting, and qualifying to acquire new clients.
  • Utilize a solution-based approach to communicate the value proposition of Revolut People.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to comfortably negotiate with senior executives.
  • Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Spain, or the UK.

  • Proven track record of selling HR SaaS products.
  • Curiosity and interest within the HR and recruitment sectors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building a network of external product promoters and champions.
