Business Analyst (SAP Lending)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements for lending solutions and development bank processes.
• Support solution implementation and customization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize customer portals and digital solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP environments.
• Support test management and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally in lending or development banking.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global solutions, including CML, CMS, and development bank-specific solutions.
• Experience with customer portals, core banking, or digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Agile methodologies such as PRINCE2 Agile, and ISTQB testing standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
