What you will do

• Analyze business requirements for lending solutions and development bank processes.
• Support implementation and customization of DWD solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize customer portals and digital solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
• Manage test activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, specifically in lending or development banks.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global Solutions such as CML and CMS.
• Experience with core banking or digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Agile (e.g., Prince2 Agile), and ISTQB testing standards.
• Strong communication skills for working in international, cross-functional teams.
