What you will do

• Lead design from problem framing through production for complex platform areas.
• Design multi-stakeholder workflows, dashboards, alerts, and configuration flows.
• Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at appropriate fidelity.
• Define and lead user research to validate design direction.
• Partner with product managers to shape scope and timelines.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system ensuring accessibility and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone, United States.
• 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and UX fundamentals.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and AI tools for prototyping and research.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or owning a design system.
• Comfort with data visualization and workflow-driven interfaces.
