Senior Online Reputation Manager (Marketing): Managing brand perception across search engines, AI tools, and online communities with an accent on AI search optimization and digital PR. Location: Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote
Salary: Gross salary range is 2 900 – 4000 EUR/month

What you will do
- Audit and influence brand characterization in AI-powered tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
- Manage conversations and combat misinformation on Reddit, review platforms, and other online communities.
- Develop a portfolio of high-authority digital assets and content properties to strengthen brand credibility.
- Lead digital PR campaigns, guest posting initiatives, and thought leadership placements.
- Implement monitoring and automation tools to make reputation management smarter and more measurable.
Requirements
- Experience owning brand online reputation end-to-end, from search presence to community sentiment.
- Ability to develop content strategies that improve organic rankings and supply authoritative sources for AI engines.
- Proactive capability to spot reputation risks early and implement fast mitigation strategies.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Collaborative approach to partnering with product and customer-facing teams.
