What you will do

• Own the global marketing strategy and take full accountability for the marketing P&L.
• Lead the transition from a performance-centric approach to a diversified multi-channel mix, including TV, YouTube, and influencer campaigns.
• Develop and execute a brand strategy to reposition used car parts as a secure, premium, and trustworthy choice.
• Partner with management to align budgets and expansion plans across 25+ countries.
• Provide leadership and vision to the Brand and Performance teams, fostering high accountability and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior marketing role scaling high-growth marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing (Google, SEO, Meta) combined with branding execution.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to optimize growth and payback efficiency.
• Experience managing marketing across diverse European markets and understanding cultural nuances.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius.
