What you will do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers at major e-commerce companies in the Baltics and Balkan regions.
  • Upsell/cross-sell campaigns and products to grow accounts.
  • Provide transparency on campaign performance and ensure premium customer service.
  • Create retargeting strategies by vertical and optimize campaigns to meet client goals.
  • Build technical knowledge of hirify.global solutions and broader digital marketing developments.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams; share insights with colleagues across markets and travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Poland or Lithuania (remote).
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing.
  • About 2 years of experience managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven negotiation experience with upselling and proactive selling.
  • English: C1 or above required.
