What you will do

• Lead research and define requirements, structuring findings into clear specifications and documentation.
• Own and prioritize parts of the product backlog, translating business needs into tasks for the development team.
• Analyze platform behavior, investor workflows, and support data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain internal product documentation on Confluence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Drive stakeholder communication by collecting requirements and keeping functions aligned.
• Track KPIs and prepare structured reports to connect data to product decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role.
• Experience and willingness to use LLMs in daily work.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
• Familiarity with backlog management and user story prioritization.
• Fluent English.
