What you will do

• Maintain and coordinate core ERM activities, including the enterprise risk register and RCSA programmes across domains like Consumer Protection, Operational Risk, and AML/CFT.
• Support governance reporting by preparing risk dashboards, KRI monitoring reports, and committee papers for the CRO.
• Embed consumer protection, outsourcing, and third-party risk management into frameworks in line with Consumer Protection Code 2025 and DORA obligations.
• Monitor regulatory changes by summarizing CBI, EBA, and ESMA publications and maintaining a horizon-scanning log.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a risk, compliance, audit, or governance role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Working knowledge of ERM concepts, including risk registers, RCSAs, KRIs, and risk appetite.
• Proficiency in AI tooling (Claude).
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, to meet the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience in a CBI-regulated entity or payments/e-money firm.
• Experience with GRC tools or data visualisation.
