What you will do

• Lead fraud risk assessments for every new product, payment rail, and country, identifying threats and defining readiness.
• Design and define the fraud controls, thresholds, and monitoring systems required for each launch.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable launch playbook to standardize the fraud risk-assessment process.
• Use SQL to size launch risks, set initial thresholds, and monitor early post-launch indicators.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to sequence concurrent launches and surface blockers.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in payments, fintech, or risk environments, specifically supporting product, payment-rail, or market launches.
• Advanced SQL skills (hands-on) for independent data analysis, risk sizing, and performance monitoring.
• Strong project execution skills to manage cross-functional fraud-risk workstreams and dependencies.
• Conceptual breadth across fraud typologies and regulatory contexts (e.g., NACHA for ACH, KYC/AML).
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar for building monitoring dashboards.
• English: C1 level required.
