What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive audits of UX patterns and components across digital products.
• Create and maintain reusable component definitions and usage guidelines.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in component usage and design system deviations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and quality control.
• Enforce processes for the ongoing upkeep and governance of the design system.
• Champion the value of the design system to internal stakeholders to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years focused on design systems.
• Deep understanding of product design craftsmanship from conception to launch.
• Strong UI design skills with expert proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent methodical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with content strategy.
