🎯 Requirements
- Thoughtful care and attention to visual polish.
- Love for shipping at high velocity.
- Systems thinker across open-ended problems and platforms.
- Know when to be scrappy and when to spend on polish.
- HTML/CSS familiarity; ready to learn React/Tailwind.
- Experience in product design at a startup; NYC or relocate.
