What you will do
- Influence and drive boutique sales performance through strategic and tactical planning.
- Optimize online stock offerings, including selection, depth, and markdown planning.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess growth potential and support seasonal forecasting.
- Ensure excellent service standards by monitoring KPIs like order processing, shipment timelines, and inventory accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner boutiques at all levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B relations, Commercial, or Wholesale Management.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation skills combined with analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and data tools for business assessment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization skills.
- Availability for seasonal travel to boutique locations and international offices.
