What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with advertising agencies, media agencies, and in-house marketing teams.
• Develop 360° integrated campaign proposals combining online (editorial, social, video) and offline (events, pop-ups) touchpoints.
• Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while managing the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Translate emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and culture into insight-driven proposals.
• Oversee post-sale execution in close collaboration with editorial and creative production teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in media, creative agencies, or brand marketing with a track record in consultative sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Existing network with advertising agencies or fashion and beauty brands in Japan.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Legal eligibility to work in Japan.

• Business-level English for collaboration and reporting to global HQ teams.
