What you will do

  • Lead the Account Sales Group to achieve order intake and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies based on market and competitive analysis.
  • Manage key account relationships and lead complex solution proposals for major customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to maximize customer value.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, commercial, or engineering fields.
  • 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industries such as industrial machinery, aerospace, or defense.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a sales or account team.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and closing complex, large-scale contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
