What you will do

• Lead strategic and financial planning processes including monthly reviews, forecasts, and annual budgets
• Build and own financial forecast models with scenario and ad-hoc analysis
• Develop frameworks for leadership to gain insights into revenue and margins across segments, products, and regions
• Identify, drive, and measure growth and profitability initiatives such as pricing and margin improvements
• Ensure accuracy and robustness of financial forecasts using best practices
• Partner with Accounting, Data, Growth, Treasury, Risk, and other teams for consistency and process improvements

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil or able to work hybrid in Sao Paulo office
• 4+ years experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or related roles in finance or tech sectors
• Strong quantitative and technical skills including SQL, Excel, or Python
• Robust knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or economics from a top university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
