What you will do

• Enhance and build capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary-level plans.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Support business decision-making regarding capital actions.
• Maintain knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Interpret regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management, specifically in capital or similar roles within a financial institution or fintech.
• Expertise in forecasting and financial modelling.
• Solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex decisions to senior management.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Fluency in French.
• CFA, ACCA/ACA, or CertBALM qualification.
