What you will do

• Act as the dedicated Financial Business Partner for the VP Upmarket and Country Director to guide strategic business decisions.
• Manage full-cycle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Portugal market.
• Own the consolidation of global revenue performance and serve as the group-level financial control tower.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to build scalable workflows and accelerate financial analysis.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, and management reporting in fast-scaling organizations.
• Strong ability to build financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems from scratch.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Capability to autonomously assess cross-functional financial trade-offs and escalate critical decisions.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and automation techniques to optimize financial processes.
