What you will do

• Oversee global banking infrastructure, cash positioning, and international cash pooling structures.
• Develop predictive, driver-based cash forecasting models to replace historical reporting.
• Identify and manage global FX exposures and execute derivative hedging strategies (forwards, options).
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for credit rating agencies like S&P and Moody's.
• Interface with HR and Legal to oversee financial workflows for global equity and ESPP plans.
• Manage the corporate global insurance portfolio and lead the annual renewal process.

Requirements

• Quantitative risk rigor with deep knowledge of financial markets, FX derivatives, and risk modeling (VaR).
• Advanced proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERPs (Oracle or SAP), and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
• Proven track record of managing multi-currency cash flows in a multinational corporation.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in or near the Dallas/Ft Worth Metro Area.
