What you will do

• Provide regulatory legal advice and guidance regarding the financial environment in Brazil.
• Draft and amend customer-facing documentation, including terms and conditions and product disclosures.
• Monitor and proactively handle regulatory developments and guideline changes.
• Identify and assess potential legal risks while developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Support product teams with new initiatives across payments, investment, FX, crypto, and banking.
• Review and assist with drafting corporate documents and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience with at least 5 years in fintech, banking, or law firms.
• Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association is mandatory.
• In-house experience within a regulated company.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Broad legal knowledge and a generalist profile within the finance space.
• Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of independence and initiative.
