What you will do

• Build and maintain WordPress websites including custom themes and page builder builds (Elementor, WP Bakery).
• Implement responsive layouts and interactions ensuring cross-browser support.
• Develop and maintain headless WordPress architectures with decoupled front-end layers.
• Support migration to modern static-site frameworks like Astro.
• Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), and technical SEO.
• Collaborate on landing pages, CRM integrations, and analytics setup.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes) and headless WordPress.
• Experience with Astro or similar frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt).
• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Must be based in Brazil and available to work 9am–6pm EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Python (Django, Flask).
• Depth in technical SEO and structured data.
• Knowledge of WP Engine, Kinsta, or Cloudflare hosting.
• Experience with GTM, GA4, and conversion APIs.
• Experience building reusable Gutenberg blocks or custom plugins.
