Web Developer & SEO Specialist (Webflow/WordPress): Developing and optimizing a high-performance website for a personal injury law firm with an accent on technical SEO, local search visibility, and conversion rate optimization. Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia), Working hours: 9am - 6pm EST
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

What you will do
- Convert approved design mockups into fast, polished, and fully responsive websites using Webflow or WordPress.
- Manage site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Implement structured data and legal schema, including LegalService, Attorney, FAQ, and Review variations.
- Lead high-intent keyword research and optimize on-page content specifically for NYC locations.
- Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and location pages to improve map-pack visibility.
- Run CRO experiments on intake forms and call-to-action paths to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at the intersection of web development and SEO.
- Proven experience building conversion-focused websites on Webflow or WordPress.
- Strong track record in technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies.
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Ability to work 9am - 6pm EST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing for law firms or other high-intent local services.
- Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRMs, and call-tracking platforms.
- Basic knowledge of custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
