What you will do

• Monitor and manage server performance to ensure optimal uptime.
• Configure and maintain web servers, software, and hardware systems.
• Upload, update, and maintain web pages with accuracy and timeliness.
• Design and develop websites aligned with organizational goals and branding.
• Perform A/B testing and utilize analytics tools to improve user experience.
• Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Website Administrator.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of server configuration using Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Must be based in the Philippines (Central Luzon, Central Visayas, or Davao Region).
