Security Product Services Engineer (Cybersecurity): Implementing, integrating, monitoring, and supporting enterprise security products across clients’ on-premise and cloud IT landscapes with an accent on SIEM integration, security policy maintenance, and post-implementation services. Focus on troubleshooting product-specific issues, managing SLA-driven support cases, maintaining project plans and configuration documentation, and producing operational security reports.
Location: Hybrid, based in the Selangor or Penang office, Malaysia

What you will do
- Install, configure, integrate, verify, and troubleshoot security products across client on-premise and cloud environments.
- Integrate security solutions with client SIEM platforms and maintain application security policies, patches, and software updates.
- Monitor implemented security solutions and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
- Document client configurations, manage product issue logs, and support troubleshooting of product-specific issues.
- Manage security product support cases, project status updates, and implementation plans in line with client SLAs and signed statements of work.
- Collaborate with Security Solutions Architects, Global Security Services teams, project managers, support engineers, account managers, and client IT teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with IT procedures, data center operations, and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of technology stack tiers, including networks, application servers, and database servers.
- Experience contributing to IT, professional services, or managed services projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Selangor or Penang office in Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Experience with database activity monitoring, application monitoring, or virtual patching solutions.
- Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as private cloud providers.
- Experience meeting contractual SLAs in managed or professional services and a consulting background supporting multiple clients.
- Knowledge of cloud security, encryption, identity management, and broader IT security practices.
