Information Security Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the APAC access services team and manage identity and access management operations.
• Manage accounts, roles, access privileges, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Oversee IAM and PAM administration, incident resolution, troubleshooting, projects, and service deliveries.
• Maintain functional documentation, support audits, and review access controls.
• Provide IAM training and awareness for users and team members.
• Continuously improve enterprise IAM processes and adapt them to business and technology changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, information security, or IAM; relevant certifications may substitute for experience.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, identity governance, access lifecycle management, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
• Knowledge of PAM, RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege access, MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Experience with IAM and PAM products such as Oracle Identity Governance, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Ping, plus Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, SSCP, ISACA, Microsoft AZ-900, SC-900, or PL-900 certifications.
• IAM vendor training in SailPoint Identity Security, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
• PowerShell or Python scripting for IAM automation.
• Experience with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
