What you will do

• Lead the access services team and manage IAM operation services for the APAC region.
• Oversee IAM and PAM administration, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.
• Manage identity services related to accounts, roles, and access privileges.
• Drive IAM projects, functional documentation, and new initiatives.
• Support audits and perform regular reviews of access controls.
• Provide IAM training and awareness to users and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, InfoSec, or IAM.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, identity governance, Joiner-Mover-Leaver process).
• Strong grasp of RBAC, ABAC, Least Privileges, MFA, and SSO.
• Theoretical knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur

Nice to have

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, SSCP, or ISACA.
• Microsoft Certifications: AZ-900, SC-900, or PL-900.
• Experience with IAM vendors such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python for automation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
