What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from research and discovery to final implementation.
• Design scalable interfaces for complex, data-intensive workflows for developer tools and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product direction and validate concepts.
• Develop user-centered solutions for onboarding, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation and iterative improvements.
• Contribute to and evolve component libraries and design systems for platform consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• 4 to 10 years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio of complex user experiences.
• Proven experience designing technical platforms, developer tools, or observability solutions.
• Strong expertise in designing data-rich interfaces and translating technical concepts into intuitive UX.
• Solid understanding of product design methodologies, user research, and interaction design.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments using systems thinking.
